Inputs accepted by from and tryFrom.

• PieceCID: returned as-is.
• CID: validated and upgraded.
• string: parsed as CID text, then validated.
• Hex / 0x...: decoded as full CID bytes (e.g. PDPVerifier contract returns).
• Uint8Array: decoded as full CID bytes.
